Beth Cowett is an experienced therapist who has been working with adults of all ages since 1995. She assists those looking to relieve anxiety and depression, cope with loss or life transitions, and build more meaningful and satisfying relationships.
She believes that open expression of feelings and telling personal truths in a trusting environment can be deeply healing. Through gentle, direct feedback, practical suggestions, and humor, she helps individuals to identify personal goals and tackle barriers to achieving these goals. Slowing down, taking time for yourself, and developing non-judgmental awareness of your feelings will relieve discomfort and isolation.
Beth has special training in treating trauma as well as specific interest in women's issues across the life span, including fertility issues and adoption.
